There are many generalist HR roles, or you could specialise in recruitment, employee relations, reward systems, employee engagement, or learning and development.
For example, you might go on to work as a HR business partner, a HR data analyst, a researcher, or a benefits advisor/analyst. You could also work for a search and selection consultancy, advising organisations and identifying the talent they need to meet their business goals.
