Program Description

Our exciting Paramedic Science degree course will teach you the skills you need to work as a Paramedic. You'll get practical experience by using our modern skills laboratories, mannequins and specialist equipment, and back it up with the theory you learn in the lecture theatre. Then you'll apply both theory and practice on your clinical placements with local ambulance trusts. You'll be placed with either East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust or London Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As well as your ambulance placement you'll also experience other types of placement including critical care, maternity and emergency departments.
