Medicine and Surgery (Single Cycle Master's) - LCU (Rome)

The aim of the Medicine and Surgery program at LINK Campus University is to train complete professionals who are able to meet the challenges of modern medicine with scientific competence, human sensitivity and systemic vision.

Studying Medicine and Surgery at LINK Campus University means embarking on an innovative and multidisciplinary learning pathway, where the development of relational and empathetic skills is as important as the acquisition of technical and scientific skills.

The course lasts six years and integrates theoretical teachings, practical activities, and clinical experience in the field, with a constant focus on the centrality of the patient. The mission is clear: training doctors who are able to read the complexity of health, consider each individual on their social, cultural and economic context, and promote wellbeing, as well as treat illnesses.

From the first years of the course, the students will be involved in practical workshops and simulations to develop their first operational skills. From the third year, the candidates will carry out professional internship periods in hospitals and affiliated healthcare facilities, which continue until the end of the course. The final years also include clinical and research internships, which accompany the preparation of the final dissertation.
