The BSc Business Management (Human Resource Management) program aims to provide students with a solid foundation in business administration, while developing specialized knowledge and skills in human resource management. The program is designed to prepare graduates for effective participation in organizations, with the ability to understand and manage people, processes and organizational change.

Goals
The program aims to:
- To provide a broad and coherent understanding of the basic principles of business administration, with an emphasis on the human dimension of organizations.
- To develop specialized knowledge in human resources management, including recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, labor law and industrial relations.
- To equip students with analytical, digital and problem-solving skills, necessary to address contemporary challenges in human resource management in a local and global context.
- To cultivate awareness of ethical, legal and sustainability issues in the management of people and organizations.
- To enable students to apply theory to practice through case studies, projects and work-related activities. To support the development of transferable skills, including teamwork, communication, critical thinking and self-management.
