- The minimum age for interested students is 16 years old.
- Up to 3 people per family are allowed (1 candidate plus 1 or 2 parents).
- The arrival day is February 23, 2025 and the departure day is February 26, 2025.
- Free accommodation for 2 or 3 nights in one room on the university premises is provided per guest/family.
- Dinner will be provided on the day of arrival (2/23), most meals will be provided for the next day (2/24), as well as lunch on 2/25.
- Free transportation between campuses is provided.
- The tour of the university facilities will take place on 2/24, while an optional surprise activity will follow on 2/25.
