    Program Description

    The master in Integrated Food Studies (MSc) enables you to tackle problems related to the production and consumption of food, such as climate change, sustainability, or obesity.

    Your area of study will be the production, processing, distribution, and consumption of food products from the perspectives of the natural, health, and social sciences. You learn to analyze the challenges and propose ways in which food systems can be designed to contribute to a transition towards better public health, lower environmental impact, and better quality food for a growing global population.
