Program Description

The Master in Orthodontics (MSc) at European University Cyprus is a three-year graduate program providing coursework and clinical training to enable dentists to become orthodontic specialists.

The program fulfils the requirements of the European Commission Directives regarding the education of orthodontists, the UK Specialist Advisory Committee on Orthodontics and the World Federation of Orthodontists guidelines for postgraduate orthodontic education. The program also includes all of the features of the European Erasmus training curriculum.

Students acquire the appropriate knowledge, attitudes and skills of an orthodontic specialist as well as a sense of professionalism, interest and enquiry. The program aims to prepare dentists to practice the specialty using contemporary techniques at an advanced level, through a comprehensive academic program as well as through rigorous clinical experience in different treatment modalities.
