Program Description
The Master in Biomedical Sciences (MSc) at California Baptist University is designed to provide students with the coursework and experience to successfully apply and matriculate to professional programs in the biomedical sciences, including medical, dental, pharmacy, physician assistant, veterinary and other programs.
Coursework includes heavy didactic training in biomedical areas to prepare students for graduate/professional study curriculum and rigor. Students will also have the option of performing research, getting volunteer or paid clinical experience, and preparing for professional exams.

Learning Outcomes
Students will:
- Demonstrate competency in the biomedical sciences at levels comparable to regional and national levels.
- Critically analyze scientific journal articles in biomedical sciences such that hypotheses, methods, and results can be articulated, and new experiments and studies hypothesized.
- Analyze contemporary issues in the biomedical sciences with a Christian world-view and in the context of spiritual teaching, such that they be both informed and engaged in public discourse.
- Apply their knowledge in the biomedical sciences through participation in an integrated experience, including bench or library research, internship opportunities, etc.
