Program Description
The Master in Special Education and New Technologies (Online) (MEd) is an inter-university program offered jointly by the University of Limassol (Department of Education Sciences) and the University of West Attica (Department of Biomedical Sciences).
The purpose of the joint master's degree is to introduce students to innovative teaching methods and practices of integrating educational technological media/tools/applications and equip them with the ability to adapt their teaching to students with disabilities and special educational needs. Teachers learn how to assess the physical and learning needs of their students, implement individualized interventions, and utilize evidence-based practices in authentic learning environments.
