The Master in History (MA) is tailored toward increasing competence in historical studies for preparatory or supplementary teaching, on both the high school or community college level. It is also appropriate if students are seeking qualification for admission to a doctoral program at another institution or if they are pursuing an advanced-level liberal education for intellectual challenge and personal fulfillment. Rowan offers a thesis and non-thesis track.
