For over six-and-a-half centuries, PTE has shaped academic society in Hungary and abroad. With a tradition of more than 30 years, the University of Pecs has become one of the most international institutions in Hungary. PTE proudly hosts almost 5,000 foreign students representing more than 114 countries worldwide. The multi-campus institution includes 10 faculties and several research centers, offering a wide palette of 90 programs taught in English and German that cover almost every aspect of modern academia, from medicine, natural sciences, engineering, art, and political science to law, business, and economics.
