Explore the science relating to speech, language, and swallowing; while studying client issues and exploring service delivery models as well as treatment and management strategies - with the Master of Speech Pathology course.

This full-time two-year course will extend your research skills by examining a wide range of communication issues and show you how to apply theoretical knowledge and evidence-based practice to the assessment, treatment, and management of these disorders.

  • A completed bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in any discipline with a credit or higher average

Other accepted qualifications and information:

  • Applicants without a degree but with a combination of pre-tertiary qualifications and work experience or professional membership (Equivalent Graduate Status) may apply.
  • Results of the police check must be satisfactory for students to be accepted for practice education placements in a variety of health care settings.
  • Clinical practice placements are essential to the program and are assessed, and may be outside of normal teaching time.
