This CIPD-Accredited Master in Human Resource Management (MSc) offers in-depth HRM knowledge, skills and competencies required for effective HR operations in domestic and international organisations.

This programme offers a blend of knowledge, analytical and practical skills. This blend is vital for effective management of people in the challenging context of today’s public and private sector organisations.

Upon graduation, students will be in a position to effectively make decisions and advise on a wide range of influences on business and HR strategies.   • Undertake an autonomous research project where they can identify and justify a research question/s, design and implement a suitable research methodology, analyse data, discuss results and make suitable recommendations.
