Program Description

This accredited Master in HR Management (MSc) reflects current practice and HR thinking in the UK and Europe. During this degree students will study areas including leadership, learning and development, and employment relations, and explore topical issues such as toxic leadership structures and sustainable business practices.

Learners will build on their interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills as they prepare for a career in UK or European HRM. During the Professional Skills module they'll develop their professional and managerial skills. They'll be able to meet and network with other industry professionals while they study.
