Τhe Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Global College Malta will help open doors for students to work anywhere in the world and ultimately prove that they are an expert within their industry.

The program is designed to integrate students' own work-based learning and teach them the academic skills and ethics to become successful leaders who can think logically and independently.

Τhe Master in Business Administration (MBA) will prepare them for the challenges of management, exposing them to the latest thinking in business across a variety of sectors within an international context. Students will engage with key management disciplines including financial and economic analysis, strategy and innovation, managing and developing people, global marketing management, operations and supply chain management, and cross-cultural management and ethics.

Fundamental to the approach is a focus on both theory and practice. Students will engage in activities ranging from lectures to workshops. The final project will allow them to further develop their consulting skills, write a business plan or engage in a more traditional academic report.

The program's strong emphasis on students' personal and leadership development will be supported by regular sessions to develop their skills in a wide range of areas from communication and negotiation to team-building and leadership.
