The program emphasizes a practice-oriented approach. Case studies, projects, and company internships prepare you specifically for management tasks in an international environment. You will strengthen your communication and leadership skills and your strategic and operational abilities. Depending on the location and duration of your studies, you will specialize in topics such as strategic management, international business development, financial management, intercultural leadership, and human resource management.
You will learn to manage change processes and diversity in companies and develop sustainable business strategies. The program is complemented by the opportunity to complete a semester or internship abroad, which will further develop your intercultural skills and give you valuable international experience.

Work Opportunities after Graduation
Upon graduation, students who come to Germany on a visa can stay up to 18 months to work. EU students have access to the German labor market and can stay in Germany or choose to move abroad.
