This master in Customer Relationship Marketing is aimed at Students interested in marketing and specifically in consumer behavior in all its breadth. The student must have an international interest since the program takes place in 4 different countries.
The master in Customer Relationship Marketing will focus on the critical nature of relations between customers and companies/brands. The program will familiarize students with the complexity of customer behaviors and the rules, conditions, and bases of making market decisions and strategies.
Students will get an in-depth, international level of teaching and practical training in European economics, management, marketing, consumer law, customer psychology, behavior, and research and will have the chance to develop soft skills in communication, intercultural management, or leadership.
Students will receive a double degree diploma and Certificate of Graduation.
