IUM is in the heart of the Principality, so the French cities of Cap d’Ail and Beausoleil are very popular locations for students since they are within walking distance or a short bus ride. The cities of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Menton are also a quick train ride away (about 10 minutes). For students who prefer a larger city, Nice, further west, might be the right choice for you, as it is only 20 minutes away by train.

IUM partners with a student housing platform where landlords and rental agencies can post accommodation offers. Candidates gain access to the platform when their application is accepted.
