Campbellsville University is a widely-acclaimed Kentucky-based Christian university located in Campbellsville, Ky. and was founded in 1906. The university has off-campus centers in Kentucky cities Harrodsburg, Hodgenville, Liberty, Louisville, and Somerset with instructional sites in Elizabethtown, Owensboro, Summersville, one in Costa Mesa, Calif., and a full complement of online programs. It was founded as Russell Creek Academy and enrolls more than 12,000 students. Although it was founded as a Baptist institution, it is open to students of all denominations.
