Program Description

The Bachelor in Human Medicine (MD) at University Targu Mures Medical Campus Hamburg (UMCH) program provides students with a holistic introduction to all fields, skills and abilities relevant to the profession. This includes the teaching of basic knowledge about bodily functions, the learning of human pathology, including emotional aspects, as well as the acquisition of knowledge and skills needed for diagnostics, therapy, prevention and rehabilitation, and the development of communication skills.

Focused on innovative research and practice, this science-based program offers academic education at the highest level. The Bachelor in Human Medicine (MD) consists of two phases: the preclinical phase (first three years) and the clinical phase (last three years).
