The Biosciences (International Year One) program at the University of Exeter prepares students for direct entry to Year 2 of a three-year undergraduate degree in Biosciences.
92% of bioscience graduates are in employment or further study 15 months after graduation.
During the Biosciences (International Year One) program, students will learn how information is stored and inherited in living organisms, from DNA structure and gene expression to genome replication, then prepare and analyse DNA. They will also become familiar with experimental design, data handling, basic statistical analysis and simple programming concepts.
