Program Description

Qualify for good positions in various areas of law enforcement and criminal justice. The criminal justice system has three major components: law enforcement, the court system, and corrections. You may choose to explore attractive careers in law enforcement, security, social services, counseling, administration, or court management.

Our innovative curriculum focuses on real-world challenges and will empower you to excel in your responsibilities and decision-making skills as law enforcement officers, correctional professionals, social workers, emergency management professionals, emergency responders, and legal professionals. Understand the issues and realities of today’s criminal justice system while building the groundwork for advancement in the field. After all, your training ground is New York City. You can’t do better than that!

At Monroe, you’re not going to just sit in a classroom. You’ll get the chance to put your academic skills and the knowledge you've gained to use in the real world when you do an internship. And you’ll broaden your experiences and your network by joining a club or honor society connected with your field.

There may be additional costs by this University.
