Program Description

The restaurant management program covers all aspects of the food and beverage industry. It provides professional training for entry-level positions in the restaurant industry as a manager trainee in a food service establishment.

Your associate's degree will teach you how to work and learn in a fully equipped food production kitchen, a demonstration laboratory, a retail pastry shop, and a public restaurant. Our comprehensive, hands-on training program prepares students for careers in restaurant management. Our graduates work in the hospitality industry, and many advances to positions of management.
