Program Description
With the bachelor in Information Systems (BSc) of the American State University of New York/Empire State University, with a major in Information Systems and with studies entirely at New York College in Greece, students will be able to:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Systems Analysis, Digital Communications, Database Systems, E-Commerce and Web Design, Object Oriented Programming (in Java and/or Visual Basic), and a basic understanding of Microprocessor Design and Programming Language Design.
- Analyze, implement, and manage computer systems in terms of technical and management aspects.
- Understand and apply the theories and principles of systems design at an applied level, i.e. in actual hardware and software projects.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Systems Analysis, Digital Communications, Database Systems, E-Commerce and Web Design, Object Oriented Programming (in Java and/or Visual Basic), and a basic understanding of Microprocessor Design and Programming Language Design.
