Program Description

The bachelor in Business Administration (Global BBA) is a 4-year course (BAC+4 approved), intended for students interested in the international level, the global economic environment, project management, or entrepreneurship.

Over the four years in the bachelor in Business Administration (Global BBA), you will try out and test your skills and knowledge, choose your courses, languages, pathways, and internships, build on your experiences, and gradually construct your own course in order to best prepare you for the career path that best suits you.

You will develop your curiosity in the bachelor in Business Administration (Global BBA), awareness of intercultural issues, and ability to critically analyze situations and propose innovative solutions with high added value.

When you graduate with a bachelor in Business Administration (Global BBA) this agility will take you to a successful career, anywhere in the world, working in multicultural teams. Your managerial and intercultural skills will be recognized and sought after by businesses for internationally-facing roles, whether your post is based in France or elsewhere.

Program Information

The Course

Bilingual track or 100% in English, international destinations, internships in business and in start-ups, apprenticeship, entrepreneurship, Masters track, etc. Throughout your course you will customize your pathway within the Global BBA. A great way to combine your personal desires and your professional career trajectory!

Program Highlights

Each year will enable you to gradually reaffirm your professional career path via:

1. Core courses in management (management, economics, marketing, accounting, finance, strategy, human resources, international development, etc.)

2. Business simulation games

3. A real consultancy project in internationalisation with local businesses

4. A project supporting local associations (Social Engagement Project)

5. Professional guidance pathway in the 4th year (Enterprise Specialism - Masters track - Community association track)

6. A wide variety of professional experiences including an internship in a start-up and at least one internship abroad

7. The possibility of business/school block release (as an apprenticeship)

8. Acquisition of a strong digital culture via a progressive learning pathway (from the 1st to the 4th year of the course) with NEOMA Coding School.

Skillsets

After earning a Global BBA from NEOMA Business School, you will be an versatile operational manager working in a multicultural and/or international environment.

This track is based on 5 skill objectives:

1. Managing teams and overseeing a department/operational unit
2. Displaying personal and professional agility
3. Creating and developing projects and/or companies in global and intercultural contexts
4. Driving teams and yourself towards a common goal
5. Developing a creative mindset and creating value in the projects and processes

Evaluation Procedures

The programme is recognised through a dual validation:

1. Ongoing assessment: evaluations conducted throughout the length of the programme in the form of individual or collective reports to be submitted,
2. A final evaluation: performed at the end of the course, it can be done under different forms – it is, for the most part, individual

At the end of the programme and after a validation of 60 ECTS credits per programme year, the level-6 of International Management Programme degree is awarded to participants.

If some modules were not validated and thus no credits were earned, the programme participant can redo the evaluation during a period set up for this purpose.

Professional Experience

Between 11 and 26 months of immersion in business are part of your course, in France or abroad.

1. In the 1st year: 3 months in France or abroad
2. In the 3rd year: 2 months in a start-up in France or abroad
3. In the 4th year: 6 months in France or abroad
4. Students who wish to follow the apprenticeship track undertake a 2-year- company experience during the 3rd and 4th year of the programme, in addition to the internship in the 1st year.

Your level of responsibility during your time spent working at the company increases along with your skills and experience. After more operational roles, you will be given real responsibilities during your 6-month internship in the final year.
