The Master in Psychology (MSSc) at Uppsala University is a research-oriented program that guides student to a deeper understanding of how the mind works, including human development, emotion, cognition and mental health. It takes students from this science of mental life to its application to critical topics facing society today, be that mental health or global sustainability.
The program provides depth and rigour in the foundations of Psychological Science, harnessing research strengths in the Department of Psychology, including human development, cognition and perception, emotion and biological psychology, clinical psychology and mental health.
The Master in Psychology (MSSc) program offers students the knowledge, scientific literacy, and methodological skills required to become a Psychological Scientist and active researcher.
