Program Description

Within the framework of Biology program, Sechenov University provides you with the unique opportunity to master Innovative Drugs.

The Master's program is prepared and implemented jointly with the University of Burgundy Franche Comté, France. The program is aimed at training masters who are proficient in modern physical and chemical methods of analysis and are capable of setting and solving fundamental and applied sciences research tasks in the field of innovative drug development.

The best students (up to 5 people annually) are given the opportunity to complete the second year of study at the University of Burgundy Franche-Comté and additionally receive a master's degree in the specialization - "Innovative Drugs" of the University of Burgundy Franche-Comté, France.

Leading specialists from Russia and France take part in the implementation of the programme, much attention is paid to such topical disciplines as molecular imaging, pharmacoimaging, molecular biology and nanosciences. The scientific and practical orientation of the curriculum allows the graduate to master highly demanded professional competencies in the labor market, continue his scientific activity in leading Russian and foreign research institutes and centers, in postgraduate studies (PhD program), build his career in pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies.
