A way to get into the profession of dietetics, this master's of Nutrition and Dietetics integrates theoretical and practical components across clinical dietetics, food service, community, public health, and research.
Students are trained to understand and interpret nutrition science, assess nutritional needs, conduct research, and give dietary advice for general health and specialized requirements, including medical conditions and improved performance.
Graduates are eligible to become full members of Dietitians Australia (DA) and join the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) Program. APD is the only credential recognized in Australia by the government and many private health insurers.
