The Master in Leadership in Digitalised Organisations (MA) at University West is founded on the principles of work-integrated learning. Students will build hands-on experience in how knowledge is created, disseminated, and implemented sustainably in digitalized organizations.
Students can prepare for a leading role in the transition to Industry 4.0. They will learn to lead, develop, and organize digital change within business and industry. As leaders, they will facilitate ongoing and inclusive learning and collaboration.

- How the new technologies of Industry 4.0 are affecting industry and leadership; technologies include blockchain, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), Internet of Things technology (IoT), virtual reality (VR), and three-dimensional printing and scanning (3D).
- How to prepare for future changes initiated by Industry 4.0 and a continuously evolving digital transformation.
