Program Description

This MA Human Resource Management equips you to progress your career in learning and development, employee relations or any other HR-related field. You'll gain the knowledge and skills to become adaptable and well-informed in managerial skills. Use academic studies and a range of powerful problem-solving techniques to find effective solutions to real-life HR issues. Learn how to approach business problems strategically and how to adapt to organisational change.

This course is available during the evening (6-9pm) on a full-time or part-time basis, which allows you to fit your studies around your other commitments. We also encourage you to attend events and discuss current HR trends with practitioners, faculty and guest speakers. Regular seminars of the CIPD South East Thames branch are held at the university.

Notes:

• Tuition fees for students who have citizens' rights after Brexit: £12,250
