The Grozny State Oil Technical University was founded in 1920 and over its history, the GSOTU has trained more than 50,000 specialists for various sectors of the country's economy. Among the graduates of the institute are five Heroes of Socialist Labor, ministers of the petrochemical and oil refining industries of the USSR.The university is continuously developing and has already declared itself as one of the most rapidly developing scientific and intellectual centers in Russia. Currently, our university trains highly qualified personnel in various specialties and areas, carries out relevant research, introduces innovative technologies and develops its own academic schools.
