In the first year, students are introduced to fundamental concepts in hospitality and tourism management, focusing on practical skills, customer service, and personal development. The year includes a hands-on internship, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
As students progress, they dive deeper into business and economic principles relevant to hospitality, specialized industry topics, and leadership concepts.
You will gain skills in management, customer service, operations, marketing, and financial planning, along with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry.
Two worldwide internships at first year:
Your first internship is generally in the food & beverage department and provides you with real-world experience at leading companies.
Your second internship – usually in the front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, administration, or sales and marketing – will prompt you to take responsibility and apply the skills you have acquired over the program to the real world.
