Program Description
The main aim of the Department of Sociology is to raise sociologists, who have a sociological point of view, can make analysis of social structure, are leading experts, are experienced in qualitative and quantitative research subjects, are sensitive to social and cultural realities, have a background in theory and methodology, make researches on Turkey's socio-economic situation and have full knowledge on international literature, for our country.
