Psychology is a relatively new discipline in the effort to understand humankind as it has a long past but a short history. However, during this short history, the discipline has made rapid progress and attracted attention with richness of its areas of application as well as the scientific developments in the field.
Similarly, psychology education, research, and practice have begun to gain a place in our society. Although theoretical knowledge and methodological approaches increase rapidly, psychology continues to be an intersection of different fields of science.
