Program Description

USF offers the first Bachelor’s in Public Health housed in its accredited College of Public Health in Florida. The Bachelor of Science in Public Health provides the student-centered courses required for entry-level public health jobs found in government agencies, health corporations, community non-profit organizations and healthcare facilities.

Additional Admission Requirements:

  • High school diploma with a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA equivalency and minimum test scores in SAT or ACT.
  • Minimum post-secondary GPA of 2.5 (if applicable, calculated by USF International Admissions).

Alternative English Language Requirements:

  • Must meet SAT or ACT minimums: SAT minimum score of 1160 - ACT minimum score of 24
  • Note: Lower SAT or ACT will be considered if GPA is higher than 3.0

Scholarships:

  • International students are automatically considered for University of South Florida scholarships at the time of admission.
