The Bachelor in Freshwater and Marine Biology (BSc) program at Gannon University (Erie) will immerse students in the wonders of aquatic life, prepare them to solve diverse environmental problems, sustain marine biodiversity, and obtain careers studying freshwater or marine ecosystems.
During this course, students will gain practical exposure to freshwater and marine environments by studying how local aquatic systems function. They will have access to Lake Erie, the world’s 11th largest lake based on surface area.
The Bachelor in Freshwater and Marine Biology (BSc) program is the region’s only freshwater and marine biology program.
