Program Description

The human resource degree program helps hone critical skills required to effectively liaise between organizational leadership and employees. You will not only explore and evaluate effective recruiting methods and training programs but also, learn how to develop and maintain policies and procedures that ensure your organization remains in compliance with applicable labor laws.
