Along with the removal of borders and increase in competition, both private and public businesses need professional administrators to continue their existence and to grow. Besides, business practices that did not base on scientific foundations and were carried out by “trial and error method” in the past, have to be carried out on the basis of scientific data and method in this day and age. And this situation has increased the need for scientific knowledge on subjects concerning administration.
The aim of Business Administration Department is to graduate administrators who are equipped with this knowledge, attach importance to human relations, are sensitive to current issues and environment, are innovative, and notice opportunities early and respond quickly. In addition, the Erasmus program provides students with the opportunity to know better about the practices and innovations in the field of business administration in other countries and the cultures of these countries.
