You are convinced that people are at the heart of a company - and that it is the job of managers to understand people and provide them with the best working conditions. This task is particularly important in transformation processes: If companies want to change, then it’s about taking people with you and inspiring them with new ideas. To do this, you would like to acquire practical skills in the areas of management and psychology (without focusing on psychological therapy).
The Bachelor in Change and Transformation Management (BA) concentrates on various psychological traditions with a focus on work, personnel, and organizational psychology – and in addition to management modules, there is a very special focus on change management. Interpretative and qualitative methods play a major role. During a semester abroad, you can deepen your skills at one of Karls' partner universities.
