The Bachelor in Business Psychology (BA) program focuses on psychological traditions rooted in the humanities and social sciences, with a strong emphasis on interpretive and qualitative methods. It follows an interpretative approach that combines management studies with various psychological fields. You can specialize in the areas of international HR management, change and transformation management, or market and consumer psychology. During a semester abroad, you can deepen your skills at one of Karls' partner universities.
