Program Description

During the Bachelor in Drama and Film (BA) program, students will explore the latest theory and practice in both fields, but most importantly, the program's focus on practical work will give them a taste of what it’s like to work as a modern performance practitioner, both in front of and behind the camera.

Students will be introduced to the languages and conventions of drama and film, taking in some of the key movements in their history, from Hollywood cinema to more experimental films and modes of performance. Their learning will be backed up by practical workshops as well as visits to venues and festivals, giving students first-hand experience of two different sides of performance: as both a means of expression and as an industry.

Notes:
• Tuition fees for students who have citizens' rights after Brexit: £9,250/year
