The Associate Degree in Political Science has been designed to help students who plan to complete a bachelor’s degree in political science at a California State University (CSU) institution.

The Associate Degree in Political Science is part of the Social Sciences Department and is committed to the highest possible standards in teaching and facilitating learning in a student-centered environment. Political Science examines the American political system, including an in-depth look at the structure and process of local, state, and federal governments.

After finishing the two-year program, you can transfer to a public or private university to pursue a degree.
