• Innovating teaching to learn in a new way: learning by doing, project management, creativity and team working.

• A triple set of skills in management, digital and creativity: teaching that combines management, tech/digital and creativity, six months of immersion in a choice of schools of engineering, coding, design, fashion, communication etc. (CESI, UTT, Epitech, ESMOD Fashion Business, ISCOM, e-artsup, Rubika, and many others), and also several double diplomas.

• Very open to the international level: from 6 months to over 3 years spent abroad (internships, academic exchanges, double degrees, etc.)

• Varied offer of double degrees in France and abroad: CentraleSupélec, UTT campus Shanghai, Deakin University (Melbourne)

• Rapid entrance into professional employment in professions and sectors experiencing strong growth.

TEMA trains creative and agile managers with the technologies to support the digital transformation and to lead innovation, in start-ups as well as in large international groups.

The course is structured in a progressive way over 5 years, to develop triple skills in management, tech/digital and creativity, as close as possible to the needs of business.

Throughout the 5 years, you also take part in professional support workshops to construct your own professional career project and work in rewarding and enriching internships that constitute a real springboard towards a successful start to your professional career.

TEMA provides full and comprehensive training, enabling you to enjoy many experiences in France and abroad and to personalise your career pathway according to your ambitions and your professional aspirations:

• Six months’ immersion in tech/digital or design in the 2nd year (wide choice of schools of engineering, coding, design, fashion, architecture, etc.)

• A varied pathway offered in the 5th year (exchanges, double degrees, entrepreneurship)

• Very open to the international level (from 6 months to over 3 years abroad, courses in English from the 4th year, optional second language, etc.)

• Innovative teaching by ‘learning by doing’ favouring practical work and working in teams

• An approach that promotes professionalism (contributions from professionals, visits to businesses, many internships in business or in an incubator, etc.)

• Apprenticeship possible from the 4th year (starting in September 2022)

• Acquisition of a strong digital culture via a pathway of progressive learning (from the 1st to the 5th year) with NEOMA Coding School

Απόκτηση Δεξιοτήτων

After earning your degree, you will have mastered the key TEMA skills to create, manage and oversee the development of innovative and digital projects, either for your company or for customers in a consulting capacity.

These skills are based on 4 objectives:

• Developing and steering innovation

• Managing technological and digital projects in information systems

• Managing and coordinating international, multidisciplinary project teams

• A disruptive marketing specialisation: developing and implementing innovative and disruptive marketing strategies

• Or a digital transformation specialisation: developing and implementing the digital transformation for organisations

Μεθοδολογία Αξιολόγησης

The programme is recognised through a dual validation:

• Ongoing assessment: evaluations conducted throughout the length of the programme in the form of individual or collective reports to be submitted,
• A final evaluation: performed at the end of the course, it can be done under different forms – it is, for the most part, individual

At the end of the programme and after a validation of ECTS credits per programme year, the level 7 of TEMA (Innovation & Digital) is awarded to participants.

If some modules were not validated and thus no credits were earned, the programme participant can redo the evaluation during a period set up for this purpose.

Professional experience constitutes a fundamental element of the TEMA pathway in order to develop your employability:

The course therefore includes 4 internships for a total duration of up to 21 months:

• 1styear: 2- to 3-month familiarisation internship
• 3rdyear: 6-month operational internship
• 4thyear: 6-month responsibility internship
• 5thyear: 4- to 6-month integration internship

TEMA offers you many opportunities to personalise your career pathway:

• All the internships may be done in France or abroad
• All the internships may be replaced by a period of business creation in the NEOMA BS Incubator
• The 4th and 5th year internships may be replaced by an apprenticeship (starting from September 2022)
