• During your course, you will be supported by a Progress Coach, who will be available for drop-in and one-to-one sessions on academic progress, and our Faculty employability team, the Talent Team, who will be able to support you with exploring and applying for potential future graduate career options (subject to availability).

In your first year you will study a range of modules designed to underpin your knowledge and practice of HR and business management, such as examining the financial underpinnings of HR, or how you can begin to shape your CV to enhance your potential future career options.

During your second year, you will have the opportunity to further your knowledge in key areas of HRM, as well as having the opportunity to select an optional module to pursue an area of interest.

In your final year, you will have the opportunity to conduct a project into a specific area of HRM, as well as have a further chance to select an optional module to tailor your studies to your interests.
