Data Analytics (Business - Society) (Double Degree) - UNIVE

The Master in Data Analytics for Business, Society (Double Degree) program offers the possibility of obtaining a Double Degree with European and non-European business schools, such as Economics with Université Aix-Marseille, City University London (UK), and Henley Business School - University of Reading (UK).

This course is primarily aimed at students with an economics, business studies, or management engineering background who have a keen interest in the use of big data and quantitative methods, including artificial intelligence models, useful to the design of economic policies both at the micro- and macro-economic level, to the strategic choices of companies, and the finance and insurance fields.

The program aims to deepen both the computational, statistical, and econometric aspects related to the processing of big data and digital data, as well as the skills to interpret the underlying phenomena.

Students in this double degree will acquire data processing skills to interpret and analyze complex phenomena in the fields of economics, strategy, marketing, human resources, finance, accounting, and social sciences in general. Furthermore, the course will provide advanced skills in machine learning techniques to extract patterns and predictive models from digital data.

The educational activities include classroom teaching, workshops, and internships, to acquire wide-ranging skills that can be readily transferable into the world of work. During the whole university career, the various skills and knowledge acquired by students will be assessed through written and oral examinations.
