This master's degree will integrate your previous education and professional experience into your learning while expanding your expertise to effectively participate in the internationalization of companies and organizations (government and non-government), as well as diplomatic projects and other initiatives. It will also prepare you for further advanced studies.

Other requirements:
- You must hold an Official High School transcript indicating your date of graduation, or official GED transcript for US citizen/legal resident or foreign students.
Other accepted qualifications:
- If you do not have a degree recognized in the United States, you must arrange to have an evaluation of your foreign transcript by American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO)’s International Education Services, a member of Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE), or National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) prior to the evaluation and award.
- You will have to attach the Abitur, Selectividad and Baccalauréat results if you are not a student who has studied secondary education in the USA or has followed the American educational system.
Other English qualifications:
- Duolingo English Exam: score of at least 105 for all programs.
- If you successfully graduated from the Tampa Language Center with a Level 6 program, you are eligible for admission.

The Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy will allow you to focus your career on working in international organizations, both regional and global, or in your country's foreign services, such as diplomatic or consular missions.
You will aquire the skills needed to participate in the internationalization of companies and organizations, in exporting or logistics management.
A Career in the diplomacy field will allow you to work in foreign countries with the goal of mediating in political issues or being a representative or cooperator of the embassy of the country of origin, among other duties and responsibilities.
This is an academic program that prepares you in the foreign service, in intergovernmental organizations, or international businesses.
It also prepares you to work in fields such as:
- Journalism
- Non-governmental vigilantes or NGOs
- Centers of foreign policy studies and academic research
- Responsibility in business associations and chambers of commerce
- Consulting firms and companies providing internationalization advisory services to other organizations
