Diablo Valley College (San Ramon)

For over 70 years, Diablo Valley College has provided quality education to the community it serves. A million students later, enrolling at DVC is one of the best ways you can ensure acceptance at a four-year college. DVC is not only recognized as one of California's best community colleges, but it also leads the state in transfer to four-year institutions. The Diablo Valley College San Ramon Campus (SRC) provides educational services to those who live and work in the San Ramon Valley. San Ramon, which was founded in 1986 as the Center for Higher Education (CHE), now serves over 5,000 students of all ages and interests each term. San Ramon provides general education courses that allow students to complete all of their lower division pre-transfer requirements. Furthermore, San Ramon's extensive computer-training curriculum gives students hands-on experience with hardware and software used in business applications. In November 2006, the campus relocated to its permanent campus facilities.
