Program Description

The MSc in Aerospace Engineering provides a rigorous and systematic understanding of the field, equipping you with the critical awareness and insight required to become a credible aerospace engineer. You will be prepared in the theory and operation of aeronautical vehicles, from propeller-driven and jet-powered planes to helicopters and gliders. This covers design, analysis, testing and flight.

Admission Qualifications:

  • A first or a second class honours degree in Engineering, or similar relevant science discipline.
  • You will also need to have an overall mark of at least 55%.
  • However, performance in key modules will also be considered.
  • We welcome applications by prospective students from around the world and look for evidence of previous study that is equivalent to the entry requirements stated above.

Alternative English Language Qualifications:

  • Swansea ELTS test (SWELT): 6.5
  • INTO English Language Assessment: 176
  • CaMLA - Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE): 650
  • Euroexam @ C1 academic level: Pass
