As far back as in the IV century BC the great Greek philosopher Aristotle observed that “politics –πολιτική” is the art of running the state.

Since then it took more than two thousand years when great empires were built and destroyed, ideologies behind which there were thousands and millions of people around the world were created and overthrown, but the principles of any state control and the basic laws of the authorities still remain attractive for anyone who wants to devote themselves to this oldest and most complicated of the arts.

Power, money, influence on the minds of the people, the control of masses - all this and to this day remain the indispensable attributes of the policy.
