An art of state management, which dates back to the first civilizations of Mesopotamia, Egypt, China and India, is an ancient human activity. Theory and practice are well-balanced within the program.

Bachelors of state and municipal management are trained to have competence in arranging territory management systems, providing rational management of economic and social processes on state, region, cities, districts and other municipal formations levels in accordance with modern tendencies in improving state and municipal management.
